Held Every Sunday after Church Service in Church
Yuvajana Sakhyam meetings are held on every Sunday after the worship. There are 154 registered youths in our Sakhyam. In line with the Sakhyam principles we aim to mold creative and responsible youths accepting jesus christ as their saviour we try to achieve this goal through:worship,study,witness and service. The following activities are normally planned during the year.
- Bible Study.
- The sakhyam also participates in the Center, Diocese and Kendram Kalamela.
- Participation in Youth Sunday
- Cottage Fellowship
- Outdoor camp
- Tournaments
- Celebrate special days like independence day, onam, Gandhi jayanthi, republic day, etc.
- Christmas Carols – Sakhyam participated in the Christmas Carols program and were the main energy behind carol rounds.
- Bible Study, debate on current issues, personality development classes, discussions, movie review, self awareness games, etc are part of every Sakhyam meeting
- Christmas Celebration – Sakhyam conducted the carol rounds. The money collected from carol rounds, lucky draw, book sale was targeted for building a house for a family. this project is named as Bethlehem 2017-18.
- During christmas carol programme youths released a short movie “thalathironjon” done by them and also created crib as an exhibition presenting from creation to ascension, along with current issues.
